Decision Made

First, I wanted to give you an update on my buffet (previous post, paint it or leave it).

I am very happy that I did not choose to paint that beautiful piece and she sold within the first few minutes of the show. YEAH

However, this piece that I got yesterday needed some painting!!

This sweet little desk gets one more coat and then some lovely antiquing

and will be ready for her debut....

I have been busy getting all my ducks in a row for the upcoming Barn House Flea.

Vintage Treasures

I have been busy collecting the best treasures I can find. Here is a teaser of what I will be taking to Vashon Island Flea Market on June 20th. Except for this vintage garden chair.

Does anyone else have a love for these wonderful beauties?

I have great plans for this old nesting box.

I absolutely love this color of blue.
Vintage baskets and a rolling market cart that I cant wait to decorate!
Can't go wrong with an ivory hat box in perfect condition. I think I will decoupage some vintage photos on it.

Vintage milk jug. I have a fascination with black numbers on items...

I found this old baby tub in Redmond this past weekend. I have been looking for one of these for a while now...Yeah.

This double bed has the exact same color of blue as the bassinet. I added some white and turned my sander loose on it. Perfect!!!!

A chippy old wardrobe. I was going to use it as my coffee table but changed my mind. Still has the hangers in it? How on earth did they cart these things around?

I gave this TV Stand a makeover. Also the same color of blue. It's weird how you find several items with the same unusual paint color all at different times.

I Hope you will come and see Christa and I at our show in Vashon Island on June 20th.

It will be worth the drive!!
