Goin to Coburg

Mike and I are heading to Coburg Saturday for the 22nd annual Antique Fair.
Sunday we went to Packwood to stock up on some essentials....

This free chair has the best chippy paint job ever. We also stopped at the fruit stand and got some hot peppers. I love the natural beauty.

Wire egg baskets, galvanized buckets, antique camping coffee pot and old medicine
bottles are a must.

Mums, gourds and mini pumpkins will be a perfect in my booth and give it a nice fall look.
I have a thing for old wooden tool boxes like the one above. Three came home with me.

Hope to see you at the show.
Blessings

A Perfect Day, A Perfect Sale

What an incredible day at Molly Mo's in sunny Sublimity.
Auntie Joy and her sister Toni were my cozy neighbors.
We had plenty of sunshine and tons of customers...Wow
Joy, hard at work!

Toni must have been looking for some shade...

Below are some pictures of my booth.

I love this cubby shelf. I picked this little beauty up from my neighbor at Clayson Farm.
It migrated from Montana.

This WWII Hospital Bed will no longer be accompanying me to any more shows.
She found a new home. I will miss her :(
Here is a big "Thank You" to Diane and her family for opening up their home and hosting a wonderful show. Her yard and house were beautiful!!!
Now I have lots of shopping to do for the
Monticello Fall Premier Show
September 4-27
Guess who my neighbor will be???
You guessed it
Joy :)
Have a wonderful week

Kindred Roses Flea Market-Vendor Spotlight #3

Kindred Roses Flea Market is coming soon!!
August 1, 2009 9-4
Vendor Spotlight #3
Truly Scrumptious
aka Kimberly Koch
Kimberly has been baking since she was a child in Eugene/Springfield OR. She participated in 4-H as a child and found the first of her culinary successes baking competitively. As she grew older she continued to bake for family and assumed all the baking duties for the holidays a tradition that continues to this day. She attended the U of O and perused a degree in Psychology while baking for all my friends. Her “formal ” culinary education was in the kitchen working with and for professional bakers in Portland , OR. Kimberly says "I loved every hard-working moment of my “education” and knew I’d found my calling in life". At the urging of friends and with the support of my family she began “truly scrumptious-boutique baking” in early 2009, fulfilling a life long dream. Look at these sweets & treats...YUM

Some of the treats Kimberly will be bringing include
~German Chocolate Moon Pies
~Herb infused Lemonade
~Lemon Curd Tarts
~Handmade Scones
So Come Hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kimberly also sells her wonderful items at the
Camas Farmers Market, downtown Camas every Wednesday night.
See you on the 1st!!!!

Fun Times

Christa and I had a great time at Expo, but man are we pooped.
Here are some pictures of our booth.

We were so lucky to be next to all our friends.
Here is Shannon. (not sure if she has a blog).
This girl can put together a fabulous display!!!
Here is Joy, from Antie Joy and Isabel, from Maison Douce & Tickled Pink. Lisa was also there to help out on Friday but there was no time for cameras. Sorry Lisa....
Also not pictured is our friend Sue from Bella Shabby. She braved the heat and rain by taking an inside booth....Smart Girl!!!

And last but definitely not least Diane, from Molly Mo's.
We are participating in her show August 22nd.
Sure to be a fun time!!!!!

They are all getting prepared for the Flea Market at BarnHouse this weekend while
Christa and I are making our final preparations for the
Kindred Roses Flea Market, August 1st, 9-4
