A Great Mothers Day

Hope you all had a wonderful Mothers Day!!!

Mike and Sid took me on a day drive up the Columbia River Gorge.

The weather seemed to be a little nicer than home.

We made a stop at Wind River Cellars to sample some wine.

Did not come home empty handed!!!

This was the most peaceful little lake on the way to the cellar.

I really wanted go swim....bbrrrrr

I wish it was hot!!!

A Sunny and Successful Day at Camas Plant & Garden Fair.....

What a beautiful weekend!  It was a gorgeous sunny day yesterday at the Camas Garden Fair. It was a very busy event with a lot of people milling around checking out all of the plants.  I think the nice weather really got people out of the house and ready to plant some flowers and veggies.

Throughout the day, we were visited by some of our other blog friends......Auntie Joy from "A Day in the Life" and her sister visited us and did some shopping. Florence Muma from "Essences of the Past"and her friend Erin. Jen from "Barking Dogs Boutique" hung out with us for awhile in the afternoon. I snuck over to visit Jen's new space at Camas Antiques.....she has some wonderful treasures and great prices!

Wouldn't you know it? Julie and I both left home without our cameras, so we were unable to snap some pictures of our booth, as well as the other beautiful offerings from the other vendors.

Barnhouse had their season opener this weekend, as well. Florence and Erin said everything looked gorgeous and Jen was very impressed. I really want to get out to see one of their events. I hear it is something to behold.

Happy Mother's Day!
Blessings,

Christa and Julie
